Samantha Ruth Prabhu : A Fighter Against All Odds

Back to back big films with stars turning into blockbusters, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Atthatintiki Daaredi has catapulted her image and made her as top star. Manam with Akkineni Family has another memorable film in her career. After that her dream run started in Tamil with Blockbuster Kaththi, Theri and Mersal. All the three films co-stars Thalapathy Vijay. 

Since the beginning Samantha simultaneously acted in Telugu and Tamil films which made her a star in both the industries. Samantha also did philanthropy work through her Prathyusha Foundation for the well being of poor kids. After turbulence in her marriage with Naga Chaitanya she got through tough time. Adding more challenges, She was diagnosed with a rare health condition Myositis and took treatment for it taking a break from films for an year.

She completed Yashoda and Shaakuntalam after her diagnosis reflects her dedication and discipline towards her work. Her special song in Pushpa, Oo Antava Uhu Antava was a rage across the nation. She was last seen with Vijay Deverakonda in Kushi last year. She also forayed into web world with The Family Man series and won popularity. She has completed another action series Citadel which is awaiting its streaming date.
